Site Rules

  • Arrival time is 2pm onwards and Departure time is 12 noon or earlier, If you wish to extend this time then please speak to management before booking.
  • Ty-Isaf is a family and couple friendly site and are certainly not a partying site. We have a no music policy and will not tolerate any antisocial behaviour. However we are happy to accept groups that understand and will follow these rules, but we do require a security bond of £10 per person, on top of the camping fee, that will be returned at the end of your stay as long as the rules have not been broken and your camping pitches are left tidy. Anyone not upholding the good atmosphere or ruining the enjoyment of other guests will be asked to leave without reimbursement.  
  • Car Passes must be displayed on your car dashboard at all times.
  • Maximum speed on the park is 5MPH.
  • Dogs must be on a lead at all times and not cause a nuisance to other guests. Please use the bins provided to clear up after your dog.
  • Be considerate – no loud noises after 10pm.
  • If you have any day visitors to your pitch they must report to reception and pay upon arrival.
  • Wet & windy weather is beyond the control of the site; reimbursements will not be given as a result of the effects of the weather.
  • Please dispose of all litter in bins provided, please leave pitches clean and tidy for the next person when departing.
  • If you are unhappy with the cleanliness of the toilet/pot washing facilities or see any damage please report it to reception immediately so we can rectify the problem.
  • Please do not feed or water any of our livestock as they all receive a balanced diet and any disruption to this could cause them to become ill.
  • Dog walking: The bungalow field is great for dog walks however when the field is occupied by livestock please do not enter. Your dog may be walked around the site on a lead or across the road on the common land.
  • Please do not source your wood from our land.
  • Fireworks are prohibited.
  • The use of generators is prohibited.
  • Fishing on our stretch of the River Dee is offered to everyone staying at Ty-Isaf, please ask at reception for open and close river season. You are responsible for rod licences and permits if applicable.
